Lasithi Plateau

The plateau of Lasithi consists of 18 villages with rich natural beauty and magnificent landscape. In “ Diktaion Andro ” (the cave of mount Dikti) god Zeus was born and raised.

Samaria Gorge

The gorge of Samaria is situated in the prefecture of Chania and has a total length of 18 kilometres. It’s one of the most beautiful natural areas of Europe, housing various rare animal and plant species.

Chrisi Island

The island of Chrisi is in the Libyan Sea ( the sea south of Crete ) and is uninhabited. The green-blue sea and the golden sand full of sea shells will fascinate you.

Imbros Gorge

The gorge of Imbros has a total length of 7 kilometres and is near the village Komitades. Crossing it takes about 3 hours. All along the route there are coniferous trees and wild flowers.

Unknown Crete
